The Einherjar, or lone warriors, were those old Norse and Germanic warriors who died in battle and were taken to Valhalla by the Valkyries. The Valkyries then helped them train for the final battle of Ragnarok, partly by bringing them an endless supply of mead!
We at Wotan's Wisdom are not asking you to find death in glorious battle (though if you are a soldier of the armed services, we raise a glass in your honor).
